Q : Which platforms does ELLE idol Thailand Application work on?

ELLE idol Thailand Application works only on smartphones and tablets, both IOS and Android. The PC/Mac versions are not available yet.

Q : How can I install ELLE idol Thailand Application?

1. First, download ELLE idol Thailand Application from App Store or Play Store and install it on your device.
2. Run the app.
3. Tap on the menu button (the three-line icon at the top left of the screen) and then sign in with your e-mail you had registered.
4. After signing in, tap on the menu button and select "Cloud" on My Library.
5. Slide down to refresh your Library. The books you purchased will appear on the page. Tap on one to read.
6. We suggest you fully download the book before reading. After downloading, there will be a fold at the bottom right corner of the book or magazine.

Q: How can I restore my purchase from Itunes or Google Play?

1. Run ELLE idol Thailand Application.
2. Tap on the menu button and select 'Settings' (the gear icon).
3. Select "Restore Purchase".
4. Select "Start", choose your order then select "Restore".
5. After restoring, go back to the Library. The books you had purchased will show up.
6. In case that you follow our instruction but it doesn't work or you get an error, please send your payment slip from Itunes or Google Play with your information to us via "Support" or e-mail (member@ookbee.com). Our staff will check and contact you back as soon as possible.

Q : Can I purchase the book on the website? And how can I report the issue if the book doesn't show up after purchasing?

Of course. You can purchase the book on the website as well. Go to https://www.ookbee.com and follow these steps:
1. Sign in (or sign up if you haven't created an account before).
2. Search the book you would like to purchase.
3. Select "Add to cart" and "Check out" to choose your payment method.
4. Review your order and make sure that all is correct before purchasing.
5. After purchasing, the book will automatically appear in the Library. You can download it on the application.
6. In case that you make a purchase on the website but you cannot find the book, please send your payment slip with your information to us via "Support" on the app or e-mail (member@ookbee.com). Our staff will check and contact you back as soon as possible.

The customer can make a purchase both on the website and the app. But those who live in foreign countries that are not supported might have to purchase via Itunes only. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Q : How can I remove the book or magazine I purchased?

1. Run ELLE idol Thailand Application.
2. Tap on the menu button and select "Cloud" on My Library
3. All the books you purchased will show up. Select "Edit" and choose the one you would like to remove.
4. Tap on the bin icon to remove.

Q : How can I restore the book I removed back?

1. Run ELLE idol Thailand Application.
2. Tap on the menu button and select "Settings" then "Restore Library".
3. All the books you had removed will show up. Select ones you want to get back to your Library and select "Restore".
4. Submit your restoration.
5. The books will reappear in your Library.

Q : If I can't connect to the internet, can I read the book offline?

Of course. You can read the book offline by downloading the book before reading (this step requires connecting to the internet). If the download is successful, there will be a fold at the bottom right corner of the book and the cover will be full-color.

Q : What should I do if I forgot my password?

1. You can select "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and set up a new one.
2. Or you can go to https://accounts.ookbee.com/ResetPassword/RequestEmail and fill in your e-mail. We will send you the link to set up a new password. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check out your Junk Mail or Spam Mail.

Q : Can I take screenshots on the app?
Sure. You can take screenshots but not more than 4 times because there will be watermarks popped up on all contents of the book.

Q : I was charged twice for a purchase. How do I fix this issue?

Please send your payment slip and your information to us via "Support" or e-mail (member@ookbee.com). Our staff will check and contact you back as soon as possible.

Q : How can I fix forced-quitting or buffering when reading?

Initially, remove the book from your Library and then restore it. If it still doesn't work, please follow these steps:
1. Download Ookbee Application from App Store or Play Store and install it on your device.
2. Run Ookbee Application.
3. Tap on the menu button (the three-line icon at the top left of the screen) and then sign in with your e-mail you had registered.
4. After signing in, tap on the menu button and select "All" (the cloud icon) on My Library.
5. Slide down to refresh your Library.
6. We suggest you fully download the book before reading. After downloading, there will be a fold at the bottom right corner of the book or magazine.

Q : My devices reached the maximum limit. How do I fix this issue?

You can remove some unused devices by these steps:

Note: removing devices has no effects on books and magazines you had purchased since they are bound to your e-mail account.

Q : My Android device cannot play the videos on ELLE idol Thailand. How do I fix the problem?

Q : I ran the app on IOS but didn't see the book I purchased. What should I do?

Please sign out and run the app again without signing in. If the book does not show up, use another e-mail to sign in. If you still don't find the book, please send your payment slip and your information to us via "Support" or e-mail (member@ookbee.com).

Q : I ran the app on Android but didn't see the book I purchased. What should I do?

Please sign in again with another e-mail. If the book still does not show up, please send your payment slip and your information to us via "Support" or e-mail (member@ookbee.com).

Q : I made a purchase on www.ookbee.com but did not get the book. What should I do?

Initially, make sure that you're signed in with the same e-mail you used to make the purchase on the web. If the book still does not show up, please send your payment slip and your information to us via "Support" or e-mail (member@ookbee.com).
